The event was attended by representatives of the media, public organizations, entrepreneurs and city residents - people of different ages: from the very youngest to pensioners. Townspeople had prepared questions and suggestions.
The presentation of the project was held directly on the territory of Prityazhenie with further tour of the area.
Novitskiy Ruslan, director of OOO Prityazhenie Territory, Yasko Maxim, head of marketing and commerce, and Sidelnikov Alexander, TV journalist, plant breeder and gardener, guided the tour around the future park.
The head of the project Yasko Maxim explained that to implement the project at the end of 2017, a project team was created, which included specialists from the MMK, MMK Group organizations, the city administration, Magnitogorsk State Technical University named G.I. Nosov G.I.
In 2018, the project participants conducted scientific research, urban planning surveys, marketing research and surveys of citizens.
In 2019, based on the marketing and urban planning concept, they carried out a number of environmental studies, in particular of soil and subsoil. In April 2019, a competition was held to select the general designer, and the winning proposal was from the German company Obermaier Consult. In July, one of the three options proposed by the designers of the master plan of the project was approved.
The first stage of the project implementation on the area of 220 hectares will form the core of the further territory development where the modern sport, museum, educational and cultural objects will be situated, where the citizens and visitors of the city will be able to take part in active recreation and play sports. On the territory to be developed the creation of a museum and educational complex, sports and event-related cluster, landscaped park area across which the "ring of activities" will pass and an artificial water body with a planned area of 12 hectares is planned.
Magnitogorsk residents are sure that it will be a real place of attraction.
